Sizing Kit Care and Responsibilities - SwimOutlet.com

SwimOutlet.com will happily pay to ship the kit to the customer.

2.

Customers can expect their kits 4-9 business days from the date ordered. Orders placed after 12pm Pacific Time will arrive 4-9 business days from the following day.

The customer will pay a deposit via credit card to be held until the kit is returned in its ORIGINAL condition. This means:
a. Suits may not be taken into the water!
b. Suits must be tried on over underwear!
c. Suits must retain all original tags!
d. Any missing suits will be charged to the customer at full price.

Customers have 2 weeks to use the kit to size their team or organization. Before the end of the two weeks, they must call Team Sales to have a Pre-Paid shipping label sent to them. Any kits not shipped back in the allotted time will have a 20% late fee deducted from the deposit.

5.

Once received by SwimOutlet.com, the suits will be inspected to ensure they are in their original condition. Once confirmed, the deposit will be credited back to the customer.
