Speedo Nylon Striped Square Leg

I'm totally bummed. I've been buying these suits for 25 years. They're inexpensive. They're comfortable. They look more "manly" than the traditional "speedo" cut like girl's panties. I always get complements. Often times somebody will say they look retro. I put in an email to Speedo, but I'm not hopeful :(

Hello, i'm used to square legged double layered (for vanity), non stretchy nylon training suits (Speedo and previously [this dates me!] Ocean Pool). is the nylon in this suit stretchy like a lycra, or not? thanks for any information you provide. i am using this as a means to question others before i purchase the product. the interface requires that i rate the size and product so i'll put down feels true to size and is great, so i can proceed. Thanks for any information provided.

Ordered true to size. Fit fine in the waist, but I found the leg openings a little tight. I do have larger legs from years of weightlifting and running, so YMMV. Overall the fit is fairly baggy, almost like a drag suit. The front does not have an extra placket and combined with the overall saggy shape, the suit provides no support. So far the quality of materials seems to be pretty good. I would not buy again.

Well made with no surprises. Fits well. Great for postponing transition to jammers.
